- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Temporary Assistance to Families
- General Assistance
- Food Distribution Program (United Tribes of Kansas and SE Nebraska, Inc.)
- Income at or below 150% of the federal poverty level
- National School Lunch Program

- Veteran Administration Disability Benefits
- State Blund Pension
- State Aid to Blind Persons
- Federal Social Security Disability
- State Supplemental Payments
