Everest Continues to Expand its HDTV Lineup

National Geographic Channel HD and UPN HD(Lenexa, KS.) - Everest Connections, an independent provider of high-speed Internet, cable TV and telephone services in the Kansas City area, is pleased to announce the addition of two new HD channels to its programming, National Geographic Channel HD and UPN HD.

The National Geographic Channel HD will be a simulcast of The National Geograpic Channel bringing Everest HDTV customers all the outstanding nature shows, documentaries and original programming in the brilliance of high-def. UPN HD will also be a simulcast of local affiliate KCWE providingsome of the most original drama, action and comedy programming available.

Here is the breakdown of Everest's new HD Channels:

National Geographic Channel HD (Ch. 660) -
The 24/7 HDTV simulcast of The National Geographic Channel bringing you television at its most gripping. From international mysteries to heart-pounding adventures, you won't want to miss a moment.

KCWE UPN HD (Ch. 615) -
The HDTV simulcast of KCWE UPN offers hilarious comedies like "Everyone Hates Chris" based on the comedy of Chris Rock and inticing reality shows like "America's Next Top Model". Whether you enjoy comedy, drama or reality, UPN HD offers it all in incredible high-definition video.
